The Twenty on the Twentieth Report – December 2008
Welcome to snowy Lake Tapps. The weather has been unusually cold this year. In fact one day this last week, we actually beat a “coldest temperature” record that was from 1964. I think the record was something like 20 degrees and we actually got to 19 degrees. Brrrr!
Before giving you the latest statistics for Lake Tapps waterfront homes, I should give a plug to Darren and Kim at Pacific Northwest Title in Kent. They always quickly track down the latest “solds” for me since not all are published on the Multiple. Thanks you guys!!
