Okay so this is a day late but at least I can report that there is snow at Lake Tapps! It was a bit of a surprise waking up to it at my house because the weather forecasters were predicting snow to “some” areas of Puget Sound tonight into tomorrow morning, but not for this morning. It was very pretty and was just enough to cover the yard.

There is still $8,000 available to the first time buyer and now $6,500 is also available to the current homeowner who has lived in their home 5 consecutive years out of the last 8.
