Just a reminder for those qualified for the Homebuyer Tax credit: You must be in a deal by April 30th, 2010. That deadline is approaching sooner than you think, so please call me and I will start researching homes for you immediately. In case you did not know, the Homebuyer Tax Credit now applies to existing homeowners as well as first time buyers. There is still $8,000 available to the first time buyer and now $6,500 is also available to the current homeowner who has lived in their home 5 consecutive years out of the last 8.
